Saving Orientation Histories To Disk

In addition to using SF2 Orientation Histories for Video Processing Latency Correction, you can also save the Orientation History to disk for later analysis.  SF2 Orientation Histories are stored as CSV files, which can easily be opened up in populate spreadsheet programs including Microsoft Excel and OpenOffice Calc.

Orientation History files are named OrientationHistoryXX.csv, where XX is the sequence number. The sequence number starts at 0 and increments each time you save a new Orientation History File.

LabVIEW Example

The SF2 Record VI can be added to your LabVIEW Robot Application; by default, the data is stored to the RoboRIO Hard Disk in the /home/lvuser/sf2 directory.
